Samba, Windows NT (doco) and browser elections

Hi all (and particularly Jeremey and Luke),

I have some Windows style doco here from a long time ago that claims that
when browser elections occur, master browsers send out up to four requests
at intervals of 200mS, while backup browsers send out up to four requests
at intervals of 400mS.

However, the Samba source indicates that election requests are sent out at
intervals of 2 seconds.

I am seeking confirmation that I have read the Samba source correctly :-)
