can your database code provide the following functionality:

- two unique, primary keys

- atomic addition of entries

i need to create a table of SID-uid one-to-one mappings.  the SIDs must be
unique and a primary key field.  the uids must be unique and a primary key
field.

additions to the table need to be atomic.  for details, see section 5.3 of
http://www.cb1.com/~lkcl/draft-lkcl-sidtouid-00.html (or .txt).
