Problem connecting wins server on port 137

Hi all!

I´ve got a samba-server (local master browser) version 2.0.6
which seems not to connect to the wins-server (NT...).

  Packet send failed to 193.197.133.9(137) ERRNO=Invalid argument

(The samba-server is in anotother broadcast domain, but this should
not be interessting...)

If I check the upd ports on 193.197.133.9 (NT-Server), it seems to
be all right:

137     open        udp        netbios-ns      
138     open        udp        netbios-dgm     
-------------------------

The netbios-name resolving works from the samba-server with...:

added interface ip=127.0.0.1 bcast=127.255.255.255 nmask=255.0.0.0
querying server01 on 193.197.133.9
Got a positive name query response from 193.197.133.9 ( 193.197.133.9 )

(server01 is the netbios name of 193.197.133.9, the NT-Server)

...but it´ll fail if i want to check the samba-server name:

name_query failed to find name mail1

(mail1 is the netbios name of the samba-server)

Can someone tell me a little bit about what could cause this problem?
