accidental coding

um... well, i _was_ going to do some simple coding, but instead have ended
up embarking on a mini-project.  last week, i split the server-side msrpc
code at the smb / msrpc layer so that it will be possible to jam in extra
transports by adding extra redirectors (tcp to msrpc).

um... it looks like i just started on the client-side, too.  expect
another commit in the next day or so.

then i might be able to add tcp msrpc, which would be something i've
wanted in samba source for a long, long time.

might get round to implementing a dce/rpc endport mapper if that's the
case!!
