RNetShareEnum vs NetShareEnum

Hi,

I was wondering about why Samba refers to the LANMAN API call #0 as
RNetShareEnum when the CIFSRAP doc refers to NetShareEnum.

I notice that Samba has a list with things like WPrintQueueEnum etc, and
wonder at the meaning of the W on the front.

I am hacking support, in a table driven manner, into Ethereal for the API
calls that Samba understands, and the rest are handled as unknowns.  Is
there a list anywhere of them all, so I can complete the list?
