Proposal: Sniff Registry

Every once in a while, it comes up that a request is made for a given
sniff for a given scenario.

Would it not be useful, and indeed an improvement in productivity for
those working in difficultly obfuscated undocumented space, to have on
hand:

A)  A wide variety of traces from a large number of different SMB
environments, and

B)  A registry of sites willing to provide traces on demand, combined with
their specific environment?

This gives developers quick access to required data, plus a *contact* in a
production environment that may fit their sniffing needs exactly.

It would also give developers something to say to those exerting pressure
for PDC to come out sooner--"Want it out sooner?  Register to send us
traces, so we can verify that it'd work in your environment!"

FInally, it would give a very detailed picture on who's looking to deploy
Samba.
