Samba 2.0.5a, IRIX 6.5, and hardcoded -32 cc flag

I believe you need to build o32 and n32 versions of smbwrapper DSOs and this
was how it was being done. But it has never worked for me either, unfortunately
I could never think of a good way to do that.
