Hi, the subject just about says it all. log.smb shows [1999/04/21 12:53:16, 0] rpc_server/srv_pipe.c:api_pipe_bind_req(537) api_pipe_bind_req: Unknown pipe name winreg in bind request. Switching back to 1.9.18p3 allows the connection to be made Once the printer is installed, then printing works fine. Colin
