cvs update -d -P fails

Hi Tridge,
Been there... Done that, several times actually. The file is there and
looks fine to me. I'm running from 1 level up from source and all the other
directories work fine. If I completely remove source and update then it's also
fine (although a bit difficult to track changes ;-).
