latest code fails with NTserver, works with 95

In my never-ending quest to get everything working, I
now can't get my 2 NT servers into the domain.  The 95
clients were having trouble at first, but now they seem
ok.  NT boxes say "No domain controller available" and
fail miserably.  'net view' doesn't show the server, even.

Any suggestions?  Also, please tell me how to update the
smb.conf without kicking everyone off...I can't get a
kill -HUP to do it.
