.cvsignore

[Herb Lewis]

All the .cvsignore files have an entry for "dummy" but the new
configure creates ".dummy" files in all directories. One of the
2 needs to be changed so you don't keep getting extra files found
during cvs update. Which should it be "dummy" or ".dummy" and who
is going to make the change?
