I understand why the B_NODE flag is there.  The packet union in
packet_struct { nmb_packet, dgram_packet }.  Both were showing up in the
gdb printout.  Since B_NODE is 0 it was showning up in the dgram_struct
which didn't really matter since the packet_type was NMB_PACKET.

At least I understand that but it looks like it is back to the drawing
board on the original problem.
