server side includes - mirror sites need update

The Samba web pages are about to undergo a major transformation. See
http://samba2.anu.edu.au/samba/ for an example.

The only change that will be needed on the mirror sites is the
addition of server side include support. This allows us to make the
pages much more maintainable because common elements don't need to be
repeated on each page.

Please test your mirror on /samba/testpage.html after your next mirror
run and make sure it works. It should look like
http://samba.anu.edu.au/samba/testpage.html 

Also, if you are running a Samba mirror site and are not on the
mirrors at samba.anu.edu.au list then please join. The traffic is
extremely low. See http://samba.anu.edu.au/listproc/
