its working under Solaris 2.5.1 compiled with gcc. Hopefully I'll get
it working with cc later today. 

Edan is working on the Solaris 2.6 port, though I might take a look at
that later today as well. Looks like it just needs a few xxx64()
functions to be wrapped.

What it does need though is lots of testing! If you can get it to run
then please try lots of programs and tell me what doesn't work.

Things that I know don't work:

- redirection
- symlinks
- mmap
- executing programs stored on the smb server
- file locking

most other stuff seems to work.
