<rpc/rpc.h> moved?

ok, can you _slowly_ move it down the list of includes and find a point at
which it does not produce warnings?

(slackware 3.4) i get one on every single file where it was: __wait
redefined and it was bugging me. On Sat, 28 Nov 1998, Andrej Borsenkow
