User/Server Manager

usermgr lists user/groups just fine ( current CVS ) , however user level
access permisions need some tweaking :-) ( under w95/8, havent tried NT
yet, actually thats my next project, to see what does/doesnt work under NT
that does/doesnt work undet 95/8 )
