file_exists() calls dos_to_unix()

Luke,

	No-one else changed that file. The problem wasn't
there before your checkin, it was after.

Also, no-one else has *ever* written code that called 
pwdb_gid_to_xxxx_rid(). It's entirely your invention.

Now it may have been older code of yours that got left
in by mistake, but it's definately your code :-).

I rest my case y'honour :-).
