Samba on Linux and LDAP

This is a US-based company and I've never heard of them developing any of
their software in the free world. Ergo, their product cannot be secure,
and they cannot provide hooks for me to drop in libraries to make it
128-bit secure. (Or, they should be inside some smelly US prison :-)

Anyone know of any 3.3 servers developed outside the US that use the and
SSLeay?
