This is a reminder to NOT commit Makefile.
Makefile is auto-generated. You need to be careful not to commit the
auto-generated file into the tree.
The only reason I haven't CVS deleted it yet is I don't want any
chance of affecting other branches (CVS does some stange things with
files that only exist outside the head branch).
