that's easy to do: a new parameter can be added.  nigel, i recommend that
you examine microsoft's web site for details on dfs, and also refer to the
samba and cifs archives for "dfs" - there are three dce/rpc commands for
dfs.  examination of these commands (support for which will need to be
added to samba) will give you a good idea of what the new parameter format
should be like.
