failed login

Using this morning's CVS code (15/12/98), when I try to log in from an
NT4.0SP3 workstation I get the error

The system can not log you on (C000019B).  Please try again or consult
your system administrator.

I haven't seriously tried to run any of the code since 20/10/98, but I
seem to recall getting this same error for a couple of versions after
that as well.

Does anyone know what might be causing this??
