Yes it uses DCE/RPC to print (and I'm close to do it with samba too). The
date is sent in different format depending of the call, either in 64 bits
format (time in millisecond since around 1/1/1600) or in clear text form
like in apiRpcRemoteTOD()

Anybody could check an NT4 client and a Win 95/98 print server, I guess
the same bug exist ...
