Don't work against BRANCH_NTDOM, the initial merge back
to the mainline (everything except the client stuff)
has already been done. There are now significant
divergences between that bracnh and the mainline, and
that branch will be discontinued at a future date.

The only reason it's still around is that Luke needs it 
to do more testing in generating large DCE-RPC-over-named
-pipe packets.
