[samba-soc] Proposal for publising bzr trees

Folks,

I think I'm going to ask Deryck to setup an area on
http://people.samba.org/bzr/ for publishing working
bzr trees.  You will be able to publish your trees
using the rspush plugin from the bzrtools package.
I'll move the SAMBA_{3,4}_0.bzr trees to a more permanent
place but still on www.samba.org (probably http://www.samba.org/bzr/).

Tridge, do you have any objections to this?
