A few more details....

SSH keys:	Kalim, I still need an ssh2 public key from you.

Start Dates:	Is there anyone that cannot start immediately
on their project due to other requirements and/or jobs?

Paperwork:	Is there anyone that is having trouble with
the paperwork for google?

Holidays:	If you need off, no big deal. Just let your
primary technical contact know so we don't think you got
swallowed by one of those mysterious black holes that keep
popping up.

Meeting project requirements:	It should go without stating
that in order for us to evaluate projects at the end, there
should be some type of test harness that we can run to evaluate
functionality. Some of the projects, such as smbclient, have
the test tool builtin. Also, all projects should have some
supporting documentation (e.g. HOWTO, API description, etc...)
I'm not looking for books, just something that covers how things
work and any issues that we should be aware of. Text files
are fine here.

IP:	All projects will be licensed under the existing license
requirements for each projects (although you personally will still
maintain the copyright). So that would be the GPL.
When creating new files, please include the stand license header
at the top and include a copyright notice to yourself. If you
have questions about this or conflicts with this, please let me know.

cheers, jerry
