[samba-soc] lack of checkins

Folks,

One of the requirements by google was that work is done
in the open.  I'm assuming that everyone is busily working
on their code, too busy to check it in.  But I need you
to start doing daily checkins (or every other day).  The
only requirement is that it compiles and doesn't break
the tree for other people.  Really only the people in
the SOC/SAMBA_3_0 need to worry about this last requirement.
