Executing files from desktop?

Hi all,

I have a small problem with my samba PDC. Whenever a user downloads some
executable file from the network and saves it on the desktop, it is saved
without execute permissions. If the same file is saved on the hard drive
it's executable. I suspect that it's due to wrong create mask in the
Profiles share, but how should the permissions be?
Here is my share definition for the netlogon share:
[Profiles]
    path = /usr/local/samba/profiles
    browseable = no
    guest ok = yes
    writable = yes
    create mask = 0600
    directory mask = 0700
