Samba-2.2.2 installation, is it complete?

First, the smbd daemon is per default in <sambadir>/sbin (since version
2.2) and not <sambadir>/bin. At most distribution you have to use  ./
for starting a program from the actual directory, i.e. if testparm is
under /usr/local/samba/bin und you are in this directory, you have to
type ./testpam.
