Hi,

this is an FAQ, you have to use root and its pw as in smbpasswd or similar.

I go in to control pannel, system, network intification, and join myself
to the BLITZ workgroup. 

It then asks me for a user/pass to join this domain, I enter mjs/xxxxxx
to join the domain and get the following error. 

This is a computer account, use a global user or local user account to
join this domain.
