This is just NOT TRUE! This is a damn lie uttered by someone once, and propogated by people ever since.


The field is a bit-field! Windows NT Wks has a value of 16 and NT Server has a value of 32!


Have you checked the actual packets? Ethereal decodes these things well 
(Election packets that is).
