Samba 2.2.2

Hi, just starting to upgrade to samba 2.2.2 from 2.2.1a
 
I am having a problem with a samba machine joining the samba PDC, I get
the error
 
No password server list given in smb.conf - unable to join domain
 
This is a cut of what I am using
 
security = domain
password server = *
encrypt passwords = yes
