Remote Log Off

Not a plain logoff but wouldnt 
a shutdown and restart be sufficient?

try "shutdown" (you'll have to download it first though)
Don't know which RPC commands it executes, but then the Samba 
team might be of help

Is there any way (preferably from the linux server) to force windows 2000 
sessions to log off, so that (for example) at 9pm i can log off all 
workstations or those in a certain area of the building?

Any help would be much appreciated
