Reduce your OS level to a smaller number. If it is set to '65' the Samba
server will _always_ win browser elections. Set it lower like 'os level = 20'
or 'os level = 0' or delete it from your smb.conf file (mine doesn't have a 'os
level' definition and functions politely in an NT environment.
You might _add_ 'domain master = False' just to be sure.
