Hello Prakash,
No, there is not.  However, HP-UX 11.0 ships with both Samba (CIFS/9000
SERVER) and a product called
CIFS/9000 CLIENT for free.  The CIFS/9000 CLIENT gives you smbmount
capability, ie you can use it to
mount a windows share to a HP-UX mountpoint.
You can also download it from http://software.hp.com
<http://software.hp.com>   under the networking and system management link.
But it is only for HP-UX 11.0 and greater versions of the OS.
 
There is a product called Sharity  from Objective Development that also
provides this functionality -
