NT box will not logon SAMBA

The docs are wrong.  Ignore that section (old 
DOMAIN_CONTROL.txt)  I'll update it.

btw...looking at your smb.conf, just like the HOWTO says,
you must use password encryption (i.e. encrypt passwords = 
yes).  Make sure you are using 2.2 as well.
