There is a way. You can register at www.microsoft.com/whistler and wait for
one or two moths, to download it, or you go to one of these warez-sites and
get it from there. On these sites, you'll mostly find cracked versions, but
I think, they are legally, if you don't use them longer as 180 days.

Go to http://www.navnetwork.net/ddl/search.cgi and search for "windows". I'm
sure, you'll find something.
