No, you are right, its not.  At Beta 2 Stage atm.  I'm afraid that you wont
be able to legally access it, however i've heard #winxp on efnet could show
you some ftp servers that have it for download :)

If not, I'd be willing to carry out any instructions of yours (netmon or
whatever), and I'll try it against head
