log= with 2.2.0

[Brecht Samyn]

After upgrading from 2.0.7 to 2.2.0 (with subst-patch) the log parameter
doesn't work as before:

I have:

== smb.conf ==
...
include <somedir>/smb.conf.%L
...

and:
== smb.conf.odeon ==
...
log file = /var/log/samba/tlc/odeon/%m.log
...

but Samba 2.2.0 logs to /usr/local/samba/var/log.smbd
