AW: why so many broken pipes?

Hi,

I'm running Samba 2.0.7 in serveral installations, mainly on Solaris 2.6
Ultra-Sparcs. I'm getting the same error message very often. It doesn't
affect operation, too. But I like to know why this occurs, too. Can someone
explain it?

Kind regards,
Danny

Using samba 2.0.7 on both FreeBSd and Linux. This error is all over the
event logs. It doesn't seem catastrophic as samba keeps running. But why
do I get it? and can I make it go away?
