No logon scripts after CVS update.

Hello all.  I've been running a SAMBA CVS 2.2 for a while.  One day I
decided to update the source and recompile.  Once I did that my logon
scripts quit working on my Windows machines.  Just wondering if this is
expected or what.  And no its not a production server so its not serious.
