Users can't delete their own local files

do you have sp6 or sp6a????
please check updateing to 6a (may be) i had extreme problems with sp6

another possibility could be:
exclude the special directorys from roaming with poledit (winnt):
create a "ntconfig.pol" in your netlogon share.

so i solved a similar problem with an nt-server.
