user access control

Hello ,
i m' seting up a pdc with samba 2.0.7 , i known that this release isn't able to provide the user list which for the user acces control  under W95 , but i can't find if The 2.2.x (alpha) is able to do this.
if someone known something about this ....
Perhaps TNG is able to do this , but I can't find anything more ,then .....
