All,

I installed samba 2.2 from cvs download 2 days ago, and I can't seem to get
a win2k machine to join the domain.  I have an odd number of letters in the
domain name, and I have created the machine account using both vipw
(freeBSD) and smbpasswd -a -m.  When I try to join the domain windows says:
"No mapping between account names and security IDs was done."

I am positive that the password for root was correct (I tried this many
times, rebooted and everything).  Also I have nuked and recreated the
machine account many times now, and it always says the same thing.

If anyone knows what causes this error please let me know, I really need to
get win2k machines on the domain asap...
