win2k joining samba 2.2 controlled domain

for some reason 2.2 doesn't always authenticate... if you try 3 or so times,
it probably would have worked.  The HEAD cvs doesn't seem to have this
problem, maybe you might want to switch to the HEAD version, if the problem
comes back.
