Anyone having problems with swat?

Just a longshot but, does http://localhost work?  

If not, have you been using linuxconf to admin Apache?
I don't remember the exact details, but I struggled on 
RH6.2 few months back to get Apache working (so I could 
use swat) and had to hand edit httpd.conf to fix a few 
parameters that linuxconf mangled.
