I propose to merge jobs: we've got the beginning of an Samba+LDAP PDC Howto 
have a look at http://samba.idealx.org/

Some scripts come along with this howto...

no problem to create some write accounts on the cvs repo :-)
or to move jobs to the any other samba cvs repo anyway.
