Upgrade from 2.0.7 to 2.2.0

I am about ready to upgrade from 2.0.7 to 2.2.0 on a RedHat 6.2 system.  I
have the .rpm file but would like to know ahead of time what "unknowns" I
might encounter.  1) Will I have to re-create my password file?  2) Will I
have to edit/make any changes to the smb.conf file?  Are there any other
problems / challenges I might encounter?
