Samba TNG-2.6: File permission problem

****HELL******, this what I call ackward. I am working with different *NIX
for years now, but as you can see not on file permission related stuff.
Until today I would have bet my ass that you could not delete an other users
file even with write permissions to that specific directory. 
The sticky bit has done its job.
Anyone who can borrow me his brown paperbag? ;-))
