Don't panic

A recipient system has (presumably) been reconfigured - it uses uucp to get
its mail, and permission to execute the rmail program (which takes it from
uucp to sendmail, usually) has not been set correctly.

Hang in, delete the messages, until the postmaster / sysadmin on the system
checks the logs and sorts it out. Note that NO mail will be going in as it
isn't transferred to the MTA on the host.
