Thanks for the follow-up.

I just want to be clear on this one point: this allows anyone who is
logged in to the workstation Administrator rights on that workstation
(the one they're logged on to) *only*, right?

I don't wanna be givin' away the store :-).

Assuming such is the case: that did it.  Time & route are now getting
set as I wanted.
